What is G+? G+01.04.00.02
=-=-=-=-=-=
G+ is amorphous. G+ is electronic. G+ is exciting. G+ is new. G+ does not
exist. G+ is a consensual illusion. G+ is not prescribed, nor proscribed.
G+ exists only in your head and mine. G+ is experimental. G+ is open-ended.
G+ is interactive. G+ is reality. G+ is virtual. G+ is you. G+ is me. G+ is
you and I, together. G+ is the future. G+ is the past. G+ is now.
G+ is a global, interactive net.broadsheet with the central charter of
discussing the role of computer gaming -- and the wider field of interactive
entertainment -- in today's society.
Who is G+? G+01.04.00.03
=-=-==-=-=
G+ is published by Midnight Publishing, the publishers of PC Games Plus.
Midnight is entirely dedicated to the computer games market. Midnight is
based in Perth, Western Australia -- the most physically isolated capital
city in the world. We publish some of the worlds most technologically
advanced magazines from fabulous isolation.
Unfortunately, despite a hefty research effort, our technologies do not yet
allow us to completely ignore the insidious effects of time-zones. Hence,
the name Midnight Publishing derives from the time we often start work.

Midnight has offices around the globe if you need to send us anything with
mass, but where possible we ask that you use the email contacts; email is
much faster, cheaper, easier, and just generally more efficient. Besides,
we read it more often!
The relevant addresses are:
g-plus@midnight.com.au -- messages for or about G+
lois@midnight.com.au -- for those rumours that we want to hear
focus@midnight.com.au -- discussion of controversial issues
netslave@midnight.com.au -- subscriptions & file retrieval
netbeing@midnight.com.au -- in case of technical problems
postbot@midnight.com.au -- our electronic mail directory robot

How do I get G+ delivered? G+01.04.00.05
=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=
G+ is published free-to-air on the Internet; if you have access to an
internet-capable email account, simply send a message with the command
SUBSCRIBE G-PLUS <your internet address> to netslave@midnight.com.au. Each
issue of G+ will then be sent directly to your account automatically.
Due to overwhelming demand we also publish a print version of the magazine,
in strictly limited quantities and available by subscription only. The
print version is published 1 week after the electronic version, on
translucent plastic film. It is not tremendously practical, but does look
very, very cool indeed. Subscriptions cost $75 per year (for 15 issues),
which is a discount of almost $15,000 off what you would normally pay at
the news-stand!!! A subscription form is available by sending the command
SEND G-PLUS.PRINT.SUBS to Netslave.
If you cannot or do not want to use email, you will need to find a copy of
PC Games Plus, so that you can use the G+ subscription card from inside
it. Or find someone else that has already subscribed, and steal their
subscard.
How do I get PC Games Plus delivered? G+01.04.00.06
=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
To get a subscription form via the 'net, email netslave with the command
SEND PCGP.SUBS.FORM in the body of your message.
Or you can use the subscription form found inside the magazine! PCGP is
distributed on news-stands in the USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia,
New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea.
If you live in Singapore, Malaysia, mainland China or Indonesia, then you
will probably find PC Games Plus hard to find on the newsstand due to
censorship difficulties. Rest assured, you can still get hold of it by
subscription (just keep it under the bed). We mail our subscriptions to
these countries in plain envelopes form random locations, and so far have
had no problems with them not getting through.

To unsubscribe, simply send a message to netslave@midnight.com.au with the
command UNSUBSCRIBE G-PLUS <your internet address>. Netslave will remove
your name from the subscription list, and then send a confirmation message to
you. If you have any problems, email netbeing@midnight.com.au.

netslave@midnight.com.au with the command GET NETSLAVE.INFO in the body of

netbeing@midnight.com.au. Whilst they might not have time to chat, our
friendly .netbeings would be happy to help you in any way they can.
