I recently bought a TV Tuner/video capture card by STB. I think its called the STB PCI/TV card.

I use it to do cuseeme and also to watch TV on my monitor.
It cost $129 retail, and came with a $20 rebate. There are a couple of other similar cards out there, too.

The card has regular composite input, an antenna/cable TV input and a SVHS input.

The only problem I have is when I use my video camera for cuseeme or to capture video. It turns itself off after 3-5 minutes (probably to save the head). Other than that it works just fine. One could use a regular Quickcam to get around this, of course. I just didn't want to spend another $200.
