Hi, I have replaced my Creative (Panasonic) drive with a Tosh XM3101 SCSI drive. Win95 is happy with the drive and does data transfer fine. The problem is that when an audio CD is inserted, Win95's CD Player refuses to see the audio CD (Explorer sees it as an audio CD fine!). I suspect highly the problem lies in the MCI driver, but there appears to be nowhere to get drivers or other such info. Also under DOS, it won't see the CD (ie 'not ready' messages). The SCSI drivers find the drive and MSCDEX assigns a drive letter. If anyone has any ideas or experiences, please help. It may be easier to mail direct to my email CHOOK1@IBM.NET. BTW A great place to find drive info is: http://theref.c3d.rl.af.mil/ (although it did mention my drive - not a lot of info!!) Many thanks for any help 'Tearing my hair out' Peter Middelkoop Christchurch New Zealand
