Hi all:
    I'm looking for specs on matrix keyboards.  I am mainly interested
in their timing characteristics.  I have looked everywhere on the web,
and I can't seem to be able to find any design specifications on matrix
keyboards.  If someone can provide me with a starting point it would be
greatly appreciated.
