I am looking for suggestions on a new MB. (VLB)

I am looking to spend between $120-160 an am looking for a board
that supports 72 pin simms (30 also would be nice)
lets you use as many double sided 72pin simms as there are sockets
for simms.
Does 33 and 40 Mhz.
Has good compatability and performance. Supports ide block mode,
ALB (? I think this lets you pass the 1024 cylinder impass),
and any other neat features that are out their.
I am not particularly interested in the green features or DX4.

I have been reading this group and am aware of the asus sis471 MB, though
it does not meet my double sided 72pin simm criterea.

Does anyone have any other suggestions as to MBs.

Feel free to offer to sell me one new or used, but please do send resonably
complete info on it.

I have a pentium(P5)/486 opti MB I would be willing to either sell or
trade. It meets my above criterea but I don't need a MB that can take a pentium
right now. This is the Vi7 model. has 256 15ns cache can go to 512k cache.
3 72 pine slots, 4 30pin simm banks, up to 128 megs, many mem configs.
good performance despite being an opti chipset, 2 VLB slots.
It take the 486 series and the 60 and 66 pentium chip, has been tested
with both. I suppose I want around $275-315 for it or a good trade.
