Did you try some of the generic S-3 drivers for the older MB's? >steve > Just my .02 cents worth, I have used them as Lan Server 3.0 and 4.0 domain controllers in the past, I used high res with the cirus logic chips, and the ATI chips, I installed win95 and used an S-3 card that did not work in windozes 3.11 and that also worked. Performance was acceptable for the era. Now to answer the orginal posters question, the P24T is not a great performer it is about equal to a DX4/100, this is about 20% faster then the Blue Lighting, but that is the total after you add the disk delays and video speed you probabaly only see about a 5 to 10% gain, not a good buy. To get better performance either use the 83Mhz OD or you can use the 486 DX/120 with a voltage regulater since the ZIF socket on this board is a 486 5 volt socket. -- Slowly and surely the unix crept up on the Nintendo user ...
