Hi I am having trouble with both CPBackup for DOS and Windows when trying to backup or restore to a Jumbo tape streamer having upgraded to an AMD 486 DX/4 100 CPU. The Windows version gives me an error box "Divide by zero or overflow error". The Dos version just flickers and goes back to the menu but there is a possibility of a divide zero error but it goes by too quickly. However with the Dos version if I pause the computer by pressing the pause key for a second or so and then press escape all seems well. I then tried it after setting the boot up system speed to low in the BIOS in case the CPU was too fast but with the same results in both Windows and DOS. Has anyone seen this problem - is it an incompatibility with the AMD (but why does it work after the pause?)? Any help gratefully received as PCTools tech support is not a direction I wish to tread (I pay for my phone calls!!) Cheers Al
