you need a new Backup s/w or get an update from CPBackup. Your s/w is
incompatible with the timing limitation imposed by the CPBackup s/w. I
had the same problem when I upgraded to the 486dx4-100.

My soulution to my problem was to buy the Acardia extra long tape that
is bundled with the tapes, it works.

Now I upgraded to Win95 Beta, and I have another problem. The arcada
s/w doesn't support long filename. Yes, I can use LFNBK, or use the
Backup program that comes w/ Win95, <<<< SLOOOOOW! >>>>
