Don't be so hard on them; they're just a marketing agency.  Besides, they're
actually showing some creativity, AND they actually know enough about 
computers to be able to get to newsgroups; there are people IN the industry 
who aren't that far along.

My personal recommendation: No matter how good the ad campaign, people still 
go by word of mouth.  That's why nobody who buys EDA software any more does it 
without getting a long list of references; you can't believe the manufacturer, 
or the advertising slogan.  You can only believe people who've actually done 
it.

So: Ask people what LSI Logic could do better, and ask when it's done a great 
job.  Reward the people inside LSI who did great, and train the rest of the 
masses in the concept of "customer support".
