Is there a program that will disable L2 cache in Pentium MMX's?

I need a program that will temporarily disable the L2 cache in a
Pentium 166MMX. I know you can do it from BIOS, but it's a pain to
have to enter set-up every time I want to do this so I was wondering
if there is a DOS-based utility (or Windows 95) that will perform this
function? I basically want to use it as a CPU speed reducer to run
older DOS applications & games. I also know about Mo'Slo, however I
need the smoother performance that L2 cache disabling provides. Can
someone please steer me in the right direction? Thanks.

Best,
Midgard
