Older notebook, 8250 UART, external Zoom 14.4, Windows 3.1,
Netscape 1.1 PE. Replacing the chip, or an internal modem is not
an option. Are there any settings in windows ini files or in the
Shiva dialler which can be twiddled to prevent or reduce comm
overruns? TIA, y'all.
