Hi!

I just acquired a DECpc 320p notebook computer, which I have been told
was actually made by Tandy.

The modem is an internal drop-in modem which was manufactured by
Ven-Tel; it's 2400, and I'd like very much to upgrade it to a faster
modem. [I'd like to replace the internal, not hang an external off a
port, if at all possible.]

Does anyone know where I can find such an animal? Has anyone even
heard of Ven-Tel, that I might contact them directly? [Yes, I've
tried talking to my local Radio Shacks...]

Thanks!
