Hi, all. I'm using the Ancilla message center with the Creative Labs PhoneBlaster. Generally, I'm happy with the package, but the voicemail prompts are just too lengthy and klunky for me. I'd prefer to have something akin to: VM: "Hi, this is xxx-yyy. Press 1 for x, 2 for y, ..." Caller: 1 VM: "Hi, leave a message at the beep or press 1 for neat-faxback-thing" In other words, I want a SIMPLE, SHORT & QUICK set of prompts, but do not wish to forego faxback ability. The PhoneBlaster FAQ suggests recording zero-length messages for prompts you wish to skip, but I'm not sure how effective this is. Anyone with experiences customizing Ancilla &/or making its prompt heirarchy short & manageable? TIA! -- Evan
