Greetings -- I've got an Ares (formerly located in Farmington Hills, MI - now out of business) computer and cannot get the COM2 port to work. Diagnostics recognize the port and report no problem, yet a mouse, modem, etc. will not work on COM2. I added a COM3, which is recognized by diagnostics, but peripherals will not work on it either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Al - alb@umcc.umich.edu
