I've just picked up a 16-bit sound card for the right price, put it in my bitsa machine (P90, 8meg ram, 20Mb HD - yes I am getting a bigger HD, but it was the right price too) & used the game Screamer's setup to auto find the sound card (BTW, works great). It recognised it as a "Microsoft ST" (stereo, rather than Microsoft Mono). Port: 530, DMA: 1 I need more info on the card to set it up on QUAKE & the like when I do get a bigger HD. I've searched the web; gone to Microsoft's site; run out of ideas. PLEASE, anyone with this type of card or knows anything about it, e-mail me and/or post here (I hate seeing postings from others & not seeing answers). Thanx in advance.
