There is a 15% restocking fee on laptops ONLY.  The reason for this
was that students were coming in, buying a laptop, writing a report on
it and then returning it.  

Let's put it thus way.  I don't care what site you order from, you
have to pay shipping and if you return that product and it is NOT
defective, you are charged a restocking fee.  Best Buy does not do
this (unless the product is missing some parts), they just absorb the
lost.
