Tight labor market . . .

As for the unfortunate experience that initiated this thread, it's
understandable that the customer is unhappy, but there was a WRITTEN policy.
It would have been NICE if Best Buy made an exception for good customer
service, but it was its prerogative.

The saddest thing is:  I wish there were Best Buys, CompUSAs, and the other
"horrible" computer superstores here in Fort Myers.  Currently, there's
NOTHING.

Let them know that we are the customer and they cannot be rude to us and
expect our business.
