Most don't get them when requested but that wasn't my point. My point is
they offer prices that are below the average competative price for a
given item and then to get that advertised price (the fine print) you
must mail in the rebate coupon. I personally won't buy an item
advertised like that unless the actual, cash it takes to buy price, is
competative. The whole concept sucks in my estimation. It is a scam to
allow them to false advertise and get away with it.
