It has now occurred to me why CompUSA has security guards on the premises...

It's not to stop shoplifters from leaving the store.

It's not to harrass paying customers carrying bags full of merchandise.

It's to STOP people who have complaints about their lack of reliability
concerning mail-in rebates!  I should go down there one day and DEMAND
my money back!  Has anyone ever successfully done this?
