I am hoping that someone could share some information with me
about a computer company that advertises (2 page color) in the
"Computer Shopper."

The company is TAGRAM located in California, and they advertise
very good deals. They also advertise a 30 day money back
guarantee. I have heard that the some people in the past (I
don't remember when) have had problems with their systems
particularly Pentium systems and that the company did not honor
their return policy.

Any information you can share on this company, good or bad would
be appreciated. Also if anyone knows of the name of the
president of this company, it would also be helpful.

Thank-you for your time.

P.S. Also any advice as to what news groups this type of question is best
answered and is there a list of good/bad/ok computer merchants anywhere?
