That's not the drive. That's the controller. I've got a .com program that does low-level formats without bios floating around somewhere, or else, there's probBbly one somewhere on the net. Good Luck. P.S. You might try looking at the U (unnassembly) info under debug for C800:5 or CA00, CD00, D000, and execute anything that looks like a program. I've seen a card with D000 rather than C800 once.
