When I questioned them about quailty, the tech said that they had checked the refurb drives and they would not be a problem. I asked how they could be sure and I did not get a satisfactory answer for my concern. I solved my problem by taking the drive back to the local vendor that sold it to me and they replaced it without question. Took a couple minutes to reinstall it and restore the backup. -- //=================================================================\\ || cps@bright.net |||| ** Please don't send SPAM my direction ** || || Custom Printing Solutions : http://www.bright.net/~cps || \\=================================================================//
