Hello Everyone,

 We have a LaserWriter Printer that has a XANTE(8Meg of Ram)
 card in it, and can print 600x600dpi.. In windows I can print
 600x600, and it also prints 600 on MAC too. It is connected to
 both MAC and PC... :)
Well, My problem is that, we are running a Software called Remis(Dos).
 This software has a huge Dbase that contains all sort Information on
 houses and their pictures, etc. (I work in a Real State Office).

Well the software supports HP 2/p/3, but it doesn't support the
 HP IV, and I was wondering if I could find the HP-IVs' commands and
 replace them w/ the HP 2/3 and see if it will print 600x600.. If I can
 print the 600x600 dpi pictures, then it would look fantastic. :) :)

This is what I found in the printer setup file.
 Printer : HP Laser Jet 2/p/3            Mode : Quality
 Header  : \x1b&l0O\x1b(10U\x1b(s0pl0h12v\x1b&a3l\x1b&k11H
 Reset   : \x1bE
 Compressed STRG : \x1b(..........................     (The same as above)
 Lanscape STRG   : \x1b&l10
 Italic STRG     : \x1b(s1s..........
 Bold STRG       : \x1b(s3B

To be honest I don't know what these characters mean, and I am assuming that
these are the commands that tell the printer how to print.. So if these are
 for HP II/III, then there should be a set for HP-IV....(600x600)
IF so, and if anyone knows those commands, or knows where I can
 get them I would really appreciate it.. I would love to have the
 printer print the pictures at 600dpi.
