I have a PC that refused to assign IRQ's to my PnP PCI network card and modem. The only card that seems to work in the PCI slots in the video card. I was thinking it might be a mother board problem and was going to try flashing the BIOS. What is the possiblities that it is the Video card causing the problem? Any ideas? Please help! ...Mike
