Hmm, read, measured, or "felt".  Is the difference between 4% and
8% a major one? how is it measured?  Does it matter to the user? 
I know there is a huge difference in resonsiveness in a system 
with bus master drivers and one without.  But both have these 
now.  I don't see a huge difference in CPU utilization between 
busmastering IDE and SCSI.
