My clock has started to lose time. Everytime I start up I get an error (163
I think) asking me to confirm the time. When I do this the computer restarts
and the same process happens again. I press F1 to continue to Windows start
up. If I change the time and data in Windows the clock doesn't keep the
correct time - it loses time.

What's going on here?
