:Other than that...get both. Novell is still the market
:leader but MS is catching up with NT. But Novell IS two
:years of developement ahead and MS will need lots of
:money to close that gap (but then MS does have a lot money).

I've just about got both (just awaiting results of final MS beta test to get
MCSE). Spent alot of money doing it too and I didn't even go through any of the
courses. I just took the tests but I've been doing it for years. MS tests are
MUCHO harder than Novell's. Novell is also watering the crap out of the CNE
program with stupid CNE certifications for Groupwise and their LAME internet
software. At least MS is smart enough to differentiate between a specific
software product specialist vs a systems engineer. Since most corporate decision
makers are not technically inclined and only know Windows, I think the MS
certification is the way to go.
