What's the NE2000 Card?

Hi All,
Well I have found a few of these cards floating around work and I
'd just like to know what the jumpers do!

It's a 16 bit ISA NE2000 Compatable. It has a 10base-t, 10-base2 and an
AUI port on it.
It has LAN-2UCT printed on bottom left hand corner (as you loot at the
side with the chips on it and the connectors on the right hand side of
the card).Above this LAN-2UCT is a place for a boot rom. To the right of
the boot rom is JP2 where you select an irq from 15,12,10,5,4,3,2.

Now here the problem. In the top left hand corner are the Following:

    M3 M2 M1	ROM	I2 I1	JP1
JP4 JP3 JP5

I know the JP3 would be to enable or disable the boot rom, but I'm at a
big of a loss to the explain the rest. I'm hopping that someone knows
what these jumpers do as I would like to be able to change the Base - I/O
address of these cards.

Thanks in advance for any help or points to information.

Regards.

Just some guesses:

M3-M1	Memory Address ROM or RAM.
I2,I1	IO Port

Sorry, no email from me...
