Need cable info for IBM Token Ring and IPX networks

A friend of mine was given a bunch of IBM Token Ring network cards and a few IPX
a while back for our local computer club. Unfortunately, no software or cables
were supplied with them. Does anyone know the cable layout (ie. pins) for either
of these networks, and any software available to make use of them (say with
file transfer, or setting up one of the computers as a file server, etc.)
