Ok how about I try asking this another way.

My network currently runs on a subnet of 255.255.255.0 and my printer on
a subnet of 255.255.240.0 now in my router configuration I can setup a
bridge but this is what I'm not sure of ie: what to actually set as far
as the Destination, Netmask & Gateway should be set to.

Any suggestions?

Jason

Even if you setup a bridge, your station won't be able to find the
printer because it's in a different subnet.

A quick search on Google with "lexmark" "4039" and "User's guide" led me
to the following page:

http://drivers.lexmark.com/drivers.nsf/Miscellaneous/E0F46B85618B1A04852
560EA006B8DC0?OpenDocument

(beware of line wrap)

where you can load a document which (hopefully) explains how to setup
the IP address, subnet mask and default gateway on your 4039. I couldn't
open the .PS file with Acrobat, but opening it with Wordpad and
searching "address" shows enough text to figure how to setup the IP
parameters. I suppose you could just copy the .PS file to LPT1 (as
suggested) and get a readable doc.

If this document does not apply to your printer, there are a couple
other documents at:

http://drivers.lexmark.com/drivers.nsf/SelectMisc?OpenForm&Documentation
