I have an old Western Digital WD 362 hard drive (20Mb) that is sick. When the
power is turned on it seems to behave OK, but as soon as the controller tries
to access it, a little relay on the controller board opens (or closes), and
turns off the power to the drive.

Anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Is it something simple, like
inccorect jumper settings (by the way, if anyone knows the jumper settings for
this drive, could they tell me what they are?) or is the controller board
stuffed ( = turf the drive).

Any help would be gratly appreciated.

Scott McLauchlan.
