There are nightmare stories about their upgrades (do they even know enough to do upgrades - not from what I've seen) Mainly they have more to choose from than Office Depot or Staples, but if it is something I can get at Office Depot or Staples, that is where I'll get it. I only buy at CompUSA if there is something I want I can't get elsewhere. Now with the 15% restocking fee, I'll be less inclined. I don't really like the store much, or the people they hire.
