Mail to me as > well as a post here would be helpful. I've done business with Hi-Q in the past and I've been reasonably happy. I found out about them from their ads in the BCS Magazine. Like most small shops, their support technicians are overworked. I must confess, I have trouble understanding them sometimes, too (language/accent barriers). I had some hardware difficulty with the accessories I purchased from them (my monitor flaked out). My sales rep, Brendan, handled the situation efficiently and quickly, swapping the defective component out with another model right away. Brendan and the technicians I spoke to were also very helpful in getting questions answered. -- Peter A.
