I am looking into buying a Packard Bell or Acer PC from Best Buy. The attractiveness of these systems are their price and that Best Buy will give 1 year free financing. I am going to set up my system to run both DOS and Linux. On the Linux side I want to set up a web server and do a lot of code development (i.e. C, C++, Perl, ...). With my needs in mind, will the Packard Bell or the Acer prove to be reliable. I'm looking for the pros and cons on each of these systems and any real life experiences dealing with Packard Bell, Acer and Best Buy. Thanks! Mike
