Help - What RAM do I need to upgrade my PC?

It's currently got:

Two 72 pins SIMMS of 4MB each and 2 spare slots (so I'd like to put in
two more 4MB SIMMS for a total of 16MB).

The sticker on them says "Compaq Part: 160019-003. (It's not a Compaq
PC!).

I think they are probably 70ns, based on looking at the markings on
the chips (Goldstar GM71C4400BJ70  9507 KOREA).

The rear of the SIMMS are marked Goldstar E71042   GS19447

I don't know whether or not the chips have parity.

Plus I don't understand the notation listed in the mags.

i.e. 

Non-parity 1MB x 32 SIMMS 60 ns (4MB) - how is this so?
Parity 1MB x 36 SIMMS 60 ns (4MB) - how is this so?

I know I can use the 60 ns memory and it will run at the speed of the
slowest memory on the board (i,e, 70 ns), but I don't know what to do
about parity.

The PC is a Pentium P60.

Any advice gratefully received.
