I want to upgrade my 2.5" IDE hard drive but repeated calls to IBM reveal
that NOBODY has information regarding the physical dimensions of the
drives they install.

I have a Thinkpad 340 Collegiate (Type 2610-I13) with a puny 125MB
internal drive; I have a chance to buy a 340MB drive which is 17mm high
-- will it fit?  One would think IBM could furnish this sort of info, but
SURPRISE! they can't.
