Yet another bad experience with Zeos

I have had yet another bad experience with Zeos. This time with customer
service. As described in my previous posting (repeated below), I bought a
computer from Zeos who assured me it would work for my intended purpose.
When it would not work, I was given a RMA number and shipped the balance of
equipment back. (Product support already had my cpu.) Zeos received my
shipment on August 15th and they told me I would receive a check in 10 to
14 days. When I asked when my refund would arrive, I was told it would
arrive no later than the 31st. It has now been 24 days and customer service
can do nothing but apologize and tell me my check will be mailed Monday or
Tuesday.

My conclusion is: If you decide to buy from Zeos, pray that you have no
problems with your machine because their tech support and customer service
stink.

Isn't irq 10 one of the choices in the cmos setup for the scsi support? Or was
it just 11 and 12???
