The "full blown version" has a modified version of windows 3.1 (known as WIN-OS2) included with the operating system to give it full Win3.1 emulation. OS/2 for windows is the same OS/2, however the Virtual Dos emulation has been improved so that you can use the real Windows 3.1 insted of the modified version, thus people who have Win3.1 already don't have to pay for it again ( Because IBM has to pay Microsoft for every copy of WIN-OS2 they include). As of right now, OS/2 for Windows does not fully support Chicago, or version 3.11 (Windows for Workgroups) but they are currently working on it for release as a patch. I also beleive that OS/2 for Windows includes a version of the SMP module although I am not sure (since if it is included it couldn't be any more advanced than an extended beta-test version). -Jason (Roman) Rohm jtrohm@major.cs.mtu.edu Roman@1:139/665 Fido Roman Empire BBS
