I have updated the information for ATSFLIP.EXE (the realtime 3D Studio
Mesh Previewer) on my homepage. It now includes information on TEXUS.EXE

for those of you with a 3Dfx Voodoo equipped computer and Autodesk 3D
Studio meshes, you can test the performance of your system for realtime
previewing of 3DS meshes using ATSFLIP.EXE

It's actually pretty impressive to see 87,000 polygon meshes render in
realtime 6-10 fps on the 3Dfx Voodoo in a p6-200. It's even more
impressive to see a P90 render 20,000 faces in realtime at 25-30fps

this is at 640x480x16bpp, gourad shading, no shadows, texture mapping,
mipmapping and bi-linear filtering applied.

Applying reflection mapping is even cooler especially when it's Ayukawa
Madoka being reflected off a mesh. Go visit my page to see for yourself.
