Creative Labs RivaTNT makes my system freeze up!

I just installed my Creative Labs Graphics Blaster RivaTNT card and am
having some problems with it. Specifically, its causing WIndows 98 to freeze
up. Sometimes it'll do it after a minute, other times it likes to wait a
half-hour. Obviously, this is extremely frustrating. I downloaded new
drivers from CL's web site, but no dice. Prior to this, I had an ATI Xpert98
that gave me no problems. My system is:

    AMD K6-2 300mHz
    FIC VA-503+ Motherboard
    64Megs Memory
    Creative SBAWE64 PNP Sound Card

If anyone knows what's causing this, *please* let me know!

The problem is with your motherboard. Get the latest drivers from the FIC
site including the AGP mini-port drivers. Install all and you should be OK.

Make sure you have the latest GART AGP drivers and BIOS version for the
motherboard and the video card. AGP video cards - and TNTs in particular -
tend to be rather picky on Super 7 motherboards.

I looked at the fica.com web site, but couldn't find the drivers. I
don't suppose you know where FIC keeps them? =)

I am having the same problem with the CL GB RIVA TNT on the Following System

ASUS P2B Mainboard
128 Meg SDRAM
CL Ensoniq Audio PCI

I have downloaded and installed the latest P2B Bbios and drivers but no
help.

System works fine except when running any game using OPEN GL.

Thanks,
