Wanting some help please :)

I'm connecting my computer up to my VCR using the S-video out from my
video card (GeForce 2 MX 400) to RCA Video In on my VCR.

Using the PowerDVD app I can watch a movie fine on the TV, but the left
and right sides are being cut off - by that I mean it's not cutting off
any of the picture, but it's sort of 'boxing it in' with thin black
lines down the sides. The left and side of the picture is not going to
the edge of the screen. I hope I'm explaining that ok!

Anyway I was just wondering if there way of fixing that, via computer
settings or VCR settings. I'm guessing it's got something to do with
incompatibility of signals or something. The reason I'm doing this is
cause I'd like to tape some stuff off a DVD onto videotape. Thanks in
advance for any forthcoming replies :)

BTW - Running Win98 SE, AMD Athlon 2k processor, 336mb RAM.

I've always had this problem with crappy TV in/out of the GF range. Mostly on
capture.

I would like to know the solution too.
