ok to start off with if this is in any newsgroup it shouldn't be I'm 
sorry...I didn't make the header and I'm too tired to edit it...now on to 
the question...
a)if your a student (or know one) NT will run you about a $100 (give or 
take a few bucks) check with your local university....if not I'm really 
not sure (think it's running about $300-340)...wouldn't even touch 
winblows 95...Linux is great IF you don't mind tinkering with it all the 
time...personnal reccomendation....if space allows run both...Linux is 
superior in many ways but sometimes there's things you can't find on 
Linux...just my 2.222 cents worth
