601	Floppy drive/adaptor Power On Self Test failure
161	System Options Not Set-(Run Setup); Dead Battery
163	Time and Date not Set-(Run Setup); Dead Battery


So it looks as though your battery isn't okay, neither is your 
floppy drive.  :-( Boot from the ref. diskette to fix 161 & 163 
errors. As for the floppy drive.......
