Regarding getting a ITT 387 working in a 40Mhz AMI 386 : I've got a DFI motherboard with a 40Mhz AMD387 and AMI bios, but i can't rember the series number on the board or the bios right now (its about a year old) Half a year ago i also bougt a ITT 387, and i could NOT get it to work. luckily i had bought it the same place as i bought the rest of the computer so , i told them that is was there problem getting it to work !! After they had talked with their motherboard suplyer (somewhere in the east) they found out thats is a hardware incombatibility.
