Apparently, it was not clear enough that what I was offering is CPU coolers
with Peltier junctions -- i.e., a solid-state thermoelectric "mini-fridge"
that actually "pumps" heat away from the CPU.  (Several people sent me
e-mail to the effect of: "What?  Heat sink + fan for $38?  Are you crazy?")

The non-cooler version (i.e., heatsink + fan) can easily be purchased for
about $15-$20 at any computer store nowadays.
