My wife is going to open a baby-clothing store and would like to use
a computerized system to track her inventory (as well as accounting info).
So, basically she needs a good accounting sofware with the capability
of supporting POS (point of sale) with various peripheral equipments.

If you have similar experience, please give us some suggestions regarding
which software, and/or what kind of hardware (e.g. pc or mac, 
bar-code reader/printer, and casher machines etc.). Any other comments
are also welcome.
