Thanks to all who responded. Someone kindly mailed me a setup.com file
which did the job admirably. For information I was able to set the drive
up as a 1.44MB with no problem. Before I fixed the problem I had a very
strange situation. After booting from the HD I could do a DIR on the floppy
but not read files. If I booted from the floppy it worked fine. An odd
situation, but thankfully now history.
