Has anyone had any direct experience dealing either with AllMicro or
any of its products? I'm looking into several of their packages for
PC diagnostics and repair, but I'm relatively unfamiliar with their
reputation for service and support. AllMicro is primarily involved
in data recovery and system evaluation and is a major competitor of
Landmark. At the consumer end, their biggest competitors are Symantec
and Central Point.

I'd appreciate feedback on any of the following products:

 DrivePro - hard drive installation and setup
 Rescue - data recovery software
 Troubleshooter - PC diagnostic software
 Skylight - Windows troubleshooting utility
 Discovery Card - IRQ/DMA diagnostic card
