Reference disk needed for Compaq 286E

I bought an antique Compaq 286E recently. I have bought a new 3.5"
drive to replace the 5.25" that came with it, but it seems that the PC
doesn't have a built in BIOS. Needless to say I don't have the reference disk
it tells me I need. Can anyone please let me have the files which would
be on the disk? I assume it is based on a bootable DOS disk.
Any advice or help would be very gratefully received. Direct mail
would be appreciated rather than cluttering up the newsgroups
with this rubbish.

I think you want the setup and diagnostics disk. Send your request
to support@compaq.com
