Hi,
	I found an advertisement in a Magazine a few months ago selling 
a CD-ROM for a helpdesk. Ie The CD-ROm includes all technical support 
problems and fixes for software and hardware. Yeah, you guessed it.
I've lost it.
	Does anyone know of such a company that does that? Please
post or email replies.!
